Understanding Your BMI Results
Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is a numerical value calculated from your height and weight. It provides an indication of whether your weight falls within a healthy range. Here's how to interpret your BMI results:

- Normal Weight: BMI between 18.5 and 24.9
